Just bummed

Well, after seeing all the gorgous sites thru the OWOH Giveaway, I look at mine and see it as plain and dumpy! I want to jazz it up with backgrounds and such! Now to try to figure out how to do that! Sigh.........I need a blog fairy to come and visit me!

You have my heart-felt sympathy (and empathy) in the loss of your mother. That's hard. I miss mine, too. It does get easier, though. Thank you for stopping by my blog and entering my OWOH giveaway. I love your cards, and your clay work is enchanting!
Hugs,
Mary

I think your blog looks nice.

It does take time to learn the ins and outs of adding backgrounds and such. I'm still learning. After using a couple of different types, I have to say that I have gone back to preferring solid colors, like black, because it offsets everything so well.

Good luck. There are a lot of sites out there that offer premade backgrounds (and tutorials), and it's fun to look around at what they have to offer.

I think it looks very nice and peaceful here. Though if you're looking for a change, the nice thing about having a 'virtual' room (blog), is it's a lot easier to change the 'decor' in the virtual world, than it does for a real room - it just takes a little extra time to find the right tools to do it...but it's a lot cheaper than 'real world' home makeovers!
Just saw your polymer clay 'Spud' below - very cute! Thanks for stopping by in the OWOH drawing - lovely to 'meet' you ;)

I think your blog is pretty of course I LOVE purple!!! :)

I don't understand the blogging world much myself but I found a few sites that let you add things for free to your blog...you should do a search and check some of them out.
